Greater Falls Connections is a public health community coalition made up of a diverse group of community members including parents, youth, educators, social service providers, business owners, health care providers, civil servants, artists, and others.

The Windham Northeast Supervisory Union (WNESU), including:
- Rockingham (Bellows Falls, Saxtons River, Bartonsville, Brockways Mills, and Cambridgeport)
- Westminster
- Grafton
- Athens
What we do
- Empower youth in our community by centering their voices, visions, and dreams.
- Work with those most impacted by substance misuse to find resources and connections to support.
- Create rich collaborations that lead to real change.
- Center our efforts in equity by building bridges.
- Provide information and resources for prevention of substance misuse with individuals, schools, and the greater community.
- Hold regular gatherings with guest speakers, discussions, and presentations on community initiatives and prevention efforts.
- Host engaging, courageous conversations that strengthen community connections.
- Offer dynamic workshops for parents/caregivers, educators, and local providers.
All community members are always welcomed to attend our events and join in our work. Light food is provided at most events.
